Mrs. Enriquez joined the Hansji Hotels management team in 2003 as a Director of Sales for Desert Palms Hotel & Suites. She is responsible for providing a strategic direction to the Sales, Meeting Events and Marketing team. Her implementation of a hotel marketing plan and an introduction of market strategy led to a solid positioning of the Desert Palms Hotel & Suites in the Anaheim area.

Mrs. Patel has been with Hansji Hotels since 1992. Having held various positions within the firm, she oversees daily operations of the Hansji Hotels Reservation Call Center, and manages the information flow between the Call Center and hotel locations. Also, her training reservation agents has ensured maximum call capture and revenue generation.
