Jeff Wanders Vice President of Operations Mr. Wanders is responsible for providing the leadership, direction, and standards for all Hansji Hotels' properties. He has over 25 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry with Marriott International, Extended Stay Hotels and independent operators, as well as, owning his own business. His extensive industry experience includes JW Marriott Financial Center in New York City, where he served as a Director of Rooms for 3 years and received the Manager of the Year award, and Atlanta Marriott Marquis, where he served as a Director of Front Desk for over 2 years. He believes in the balance of exceeding guest expectations, developing and taking care of our associates, and sound financial discipline. He also believes that, constant communication between the properties, corporate staff, brand managers and ownership will create an environment of continual improvement and success. | | | Fred Brown Director of Operations Mr. Brown is responsible for the operational aspects of the properties managed by Hansji Hotels. Since his recruitment in 1997, Mr. Brown has helped in the transformation of Hansji Hotels from a one market, three property group to a leading developer/operator in the hospitality industry. His philosophies are to develop new business through sound marketing plans and effective sales reports, to maintain high quality standards for products and services with the goal to increase guest satisfaction, to build strength in property management through inter-departmental teamwork and to maximize asset value through the inter-play of the various business disciplines. Mr. Brown currently serves as a Director for the governing boards of the Anaheim/Orange County Hotel & Lodging Association as well as the Anaheim Transportation Network. | | |
