Having 15 years of corporate accounting experience, Mr. Malhotra joined Hansji Hotels in 2003. He is in charge of the accounting division, overseeing and managing corporate/property payables and funds, and ensures that the properties operate according to their budgets. Also, Mr. Malhotra provides a monthly report and feedback to the owners and managers of Hansji Hotels properties to make sure that the hotels follow corporate accounting principles properly and consistently. In addition to his corporate accounting experience, he is very knowledgeable in corporate audit, and firmly believes that a proper accounting system is essential for any sound and efficient organization. As a chartered accountant in India, he believes in working hand in hand with the owners, the Operations Managers and General Managers, in order to build a clean transparent accounting flow system between the properties and the corporate office.
